SaaS platform development

Multi-tenant products with billing, per-customer branding and custom domains — the pattern we have shipped repeatedly.

Turning software into a product is a different problem to building it once. You need many customers on one codebase, each isolated from the others, each with their own branding, users, data and bill.

We have built that architecture several times over — event catering, hospitality ordering, coffee shops, holiday parks — and the platform layer is the same every time: tenant isolation, subscription billing, per-tenant subdomains and custom domains, an owner-facing admin and a superadmin above it all.

That means you are not paying us to work out the plumbing. You are paying for the part that makes your product different.

What you get

What saas platform development includes

Every engagement covers the same ground. Nothing here is an optional extra we spring on you halfway through.

01

Multi-tenant architecture

One deployment, many customers, hard data isolation and per-tenant configuration from the first commit.

02

Subscription billing

Stripe subscriptions or commission-per-transaction models, with trials, plan changes, dunning and invoices.

03

Custom domains per customer

Automatic subdomains for every tenant plus their own domain on request, provisioned and certificated automatically.

04

Admin and superadmin

A self-serve console for your customers and a control panel for you — onboarding, support, impersonation and usage.

05

Usage and analytics

Signups, activation, churn and revenue tracked from launch, because guessing at product-market fit is expensive.

06

An MVP that is not throwaway

We ship a genuine first version on architecture that will still hold at a thousand tenants.

Is this you?

This service is a good fit if…

  • You built something internally and customers keep asking to buy it
  • You have identified a niche that big platforms serve badly
  • You need an MVP in front of paying users this year, not eventually
  • You want recurring revenue rather than one-off project income
  • You need someone who has already solved tenancy, billing and domains

Under the bonnet

Questions

SaaS platform development FAQs

Including what it costs and how long it takes.

How much does it cost to build a SaaS platform?

A focused MVP with tenancy, billing and one core workflow is typically £18,000 to £40,000. A full platform with multiple roles, integrations and a customer-facing marketplace is £45,000 upward. We phase it so revenue can start before the final feature lands.

How quickly can we launch?

A first paying-customer version in ten to sixteen weeks is realistic for most ideas. The fastest route is to cut scope to the single workflow that customers will pay for, launch, then expand on evidence.

Can customers use their own domain?

Yes. Every tenant gets a subdomain automatically, and any tenant can point their own domain at the platform. Certificates and routing are provisioned programmatically — it is a feature we have built and run in production.

Who runs the platform once it is live?

We can. Managed hosting, monitoring, backups, updates and on-call support are available as an ongoing service, so you can sell the product without hiring an infrastructure team.
