How much does bespoke software cost in the UK?

A focused internal tool typically lands between £6,000 and £15,000. A full multi-user business system with reporting, permissions and integrations is usually £20,000 to £60,000. Platform-scale products run higher. We give a fixed price per phase after discovery, so you are never signing a blank cheque.

How long does a bespoke software project take?

Two to four weeks for a small internal tool, eight to sixteen weeks for a full business system. We ship in phases, so you are usually using a real, useful version long before the final one lands.

Do we own the code?

Yes. On completion the source code and all intellectual property transfer to you, along with the repository and deployment configuration. We keep no rights over your system.

What if our requirements change halfway through?

They usually do, and that is fine. We work in phases with a prototype up front precisely so that changes surface early, when they are cheap. Anything outside the agreed phase gets quoted before we build it.
